Ordering & Shipping

We only cater for Australia.

All orders are usually shipped within 7 business days Mon – Fri (weekends & public holidays excluded)

 

​All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

- Standard eParcel No Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$8 for all orders.

- Standard eParcel With Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$10 for all orders.

- Express eParcel No Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$12 for all orders.

- Express eParcel With Signature required Flat Rate for Shipping and Handling is AUD$14 for all orders.

 

PLEASE CONTACT AUSTRALIA POST DIRECTLY WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER FOR ENQUIRIES. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been processed. This tracking number will be sent automatically by Australia Post to the same email address that you choose to include in your order.

 

If you feel your order has had ample time to be delivered but has not arrived, please contact us immediately.

 

NB – If you have an error in your order, please talk to us immediately and we will do our best to rectify the problem. However, if your order return because you have informed the wrong address, a new shipment fee will be charged.

MODIFYING ORDERS:

 

We do not accept changes to orders that have been paid and submitted.

Please ensure that you double-check your cart before proceeding to Checkout.

We are not able to make any modifications or consolidations to finalised orders.

Buy Seeds at the Salon

If you are from Perth and would like to buy the products at our salon M. Divine Hairstyle, please click the link and book a FREE appointment BUY PRODUCTS so our team will be all ready to receive you, explain the products and finalise the purchase.​

ATTENTION: products bought online will be delivered following our online procedures. If you wish to buy in-person payment will be required on purchase. We don’t allow pickup for orders bought online.

Payment

Our online store payment provider is called STRIPE.


For every purchase in our store, you will need to enter your card details as we don’t store this information. Our company is not provided with any credit card details. The card details of each customer are completely encrypted.

 

You can rest assured that your financial details are protected by the provider and never passed on to us.

Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, If you have any problem with your order contact us immediately. Each case will be analysed individually and you will receive an answer 72 hours after sending your email. For health reasons, we do not accept the return of any product that has been opened.

 

​If an item is missing in your order or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll rectify the error.

 

​If your order has arrived damaged or with leakages, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund. Please contact us with at least 3 photographs of your order and your order number, within 48 hours of receiving it. Your photographs need to show: how the order arrived (showing the leakage on the packaging), the contents from the inside of the product and a photograph that shows the demarcation of the contents from the outside of the product.
